From Halloween to bonfire night, if you’re a theme kind of couple, then you’re going to love the next few months. Our iconic, Grade II listed former Burnley Grammar School building is the perfect setting for whatever you want it to be.

If the hot weather isn’t your thing, Autumn ticks all the boxes on that front too. There’s no need to worry about overheating in your wedding dress, while the chances of that all-important wedding cake melting are significantly reduced.

Our Venue
For those of you that don’t know, our building has been carefully and completely restored, with all original features in place following many years of work and attention to detail.
As soon as you walk in, you will be able to feel the atmosphere and history of our building.
Using modern technology, The Landmark now features the very best lighting and sound system, while we are also home to Burnley’s only external glass lift, ensuring you and your guests can arrive to your special day in style.
With a spectacular set of specially commissioned glass windows, telling the story of Burnley, your guests can learn the history of our town while enjoying a welcome drink.
But wait! It gets better…
The unique architecture of the building allows multiple locations for your wedding including The Great Hall and its arched-braced open timber roof which is the architectural highlight of our building’s interior, while The Old Library provides stunning views of the beautiful St Peter’s Church.
Catering for 35 to 80 guests for a seating wedding breakfast and up to 150 for your evening reception, our venue has everything to host your magical day.
